Bloom is a team of project managers, Architects and designers who work with trusted builders, engineers and surveyors to make beautiful houses for our clients. We’re based in Battersea, London.

We usually work on ground floor extensions, side returns, basements, loft conversions and renovations around South West London and our typical project value is around £250k.

We’re set up to provide the most bang for your buck and our approach means more of your money get’s to site and our build quotes are very competitive.

WHAT WE DO

We manage building projects from start to finish.

We provide fixed costs for projects based on the project plans, labour, materials and project management costs.

We bring together the team needed to get on with the build including engineers, designers, surveyors, the build team, specialists (such as AC contractors etc) and finishing decorators and tilers.

We’re on site daily to check on the progress and deal with any issues before they become a problem and manage the cash flow of the project to insure everyone is correctly paid for what they’ve done and our client’s protected throughout.

We’re only complete when everyone is happy and then return to site 6 months after completion to fix any minor issues. The work itself is guaranteed by the builder for 6 years.
